The up-to-date screen provides a 60% higher resolution than the current display and offers sharper details, an improved contrast and an improved update rate for clearer and more vigorous visuals. In addition to the superior image quality, a state-of-the-art content management system is integrated, which means that there are more appealing and real-time presentations of bets and racing content.

“This investment underlines our commitment to our fans and horse players to offer an extraordinary experience,” said David Vivenes, Executive Vice President of Revenue, Brand & Experience at Woodbine Entertainment. “With a more lively and high -resolution display, we ensure that every thrilling moment on the route is seen with the greatest clarity.”

The project begins immediately after the live racing card on Saturday (March 8) and is expected to be completed in mid-April.

As part of the installation process, Woodbine Mohawk Park will take its annual “March break”, with live racing again stopping after March 22 March 29th. Throughout the project, fans, horse bearings and racing participants can remain up to date over the stands and the paddock over the stands and paddock via Simulcast screen.
