Vincent Delaney Memorial receives well-known US sponsor

The Vincent Delaney Memorial (VDM) Trotting Weekend in Ireland and Great Britain is delighted to welcome the Hambletonian Society as a sponsor in 2024!

The Hambletonian Society is sponsoring the novel Bernie Kelly International Ladies Charity Race. The race is named after Bernie Kelly, the long-serving racing secretary of the VDM. The race will feature riders from all over the world and will raise money for the Cancer Trials charity.

The VDM experience will be enhanced this year with an additional tour of Ireland the week before for international visitors. We are pleased to announce that the tour, organized by Derek Delaney and Heather Wilder, is now fully booked. Some of the guests joining the trip are USTA representatives, including Mark Hall, Wendy Ross and Luxurious Johnson. Their trip is sponsored by the Sweet Lou Syndicate. They will join the ever-growing group of international representatives covering the event throughout the weekend.

The VDM race weekend will take place on 10 and 11 August at Wolverhampton Racecourse in Great Britain.
