Power ranking: Journalism collects 29 out of 30 votes in the first place ahead of Kentucky Derby

Every week, members of the national media vote on the nation's top competitors on the Triple Crown Trail in the top full blood circuit survey by the National Thoroughed Racing Association (NTRA).

Week 12 of the 3-year-old 3-year-old survey 2025 until April 13th covers until April 13th. The leader in the survey is journalism, which is based on his victory in Santa Anita Derby on April 5th in Santa Anita Park and achieved 29 of the 30 votes in first place.

The 3-year survey represents horses that compete until and through the triple crown. The ranking lists are based on a 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-1 tuning system. Voices first place are in brackets.
