Parker gives Callistemon a modern beginning (Kembla Saturday)

The final preparation was simply not to be planned, but coach Kerry Parker hopes that talented Mare Callistemon is due to a significant change in the assets when she starts her campaign in Kembla Grange on Saturday.

Callistemon was not able to place in four runs at the end of last year, but Parker believes that the daughter of Territories ran better than the results suggest.

He decided to pull the pen during the preparation and to make a modern start in the modern year.

Callistemon (7.50 US dollars) is ready to return with the Chad lever on board in the Civona Skincare Benchmark 64 Handicap (1200 m).

It won't be her best, but Parker believes that Callistemon is more than able to achieve a brave first show.

“She can sprint well freshly,” said Parker.

“I thought the last time she tested very well and overall I expect it to run really well and keep herself.

“I think she drove without luck.

“I threw my hands into the air and put them back into the paddock and decided to start again.

“She went really well and just had no luck, so hopefully we can get this change in happiness this time.”

The Equilibrist (23 US dollars) stable will try to return to its best in the 000 Plumbing Provincial Benchmark 68 Handicap (1400 m).

The trapeze artist's son returned to the exams after being released from the race at a 1850 -M event in the Newcastle.

Parker tinkered with his equipment and removed his turn signals.

“He's a bit of a thinker,” said Parker.

“The indicators are now back from him.

“He tested well over the 740 m, which was quite a surprise, but he returns to a 1400 m race, which could be a bit complex, but outside of his process.

“If it is a real race, he will do his best work delayed.”

Parker opted for Canberra with a delicate stut foal Elivina, where the three -year -old took second place instead of leading Dean Industrial Benchmark 64 Handicap (1600 m).

The eight race card starts at 12.05 p.m.
