Grove City, Oh -The Ohio Havess Horsemen's Association gives college students for the academic year 2025-2026 14 scholarships with a total of $ 20,000.
The OHHA scholarship is available to the graduates of the high school seniors and students who are inscribed in a final or certificate program. Doctoral students are entitled if they are inscribed in a racing program for graduates or professional belt. The scholarships are based on academic earnings and must be used for the costs and expenses in connection with the course work and a degree on a college or university. In addition, the applicant or a family member must be an Ohha member.
This year's recipients are Savannah Barnard, Garrett Bateson, Christopher Beaver, Hannah Dingledine, Adam King, Ryan Konky, Dakota Manson, Samantha Mayhugh, William McLead, Alexa Nisonger.
Savannah Barnard From Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, is a graduate of the Canon McMillan High School and visits Penn State Beaver. The daughter of Robert Barnard and Tina Gelly, she studies business and accounting.
Garrett Bateson By Rudolph, Ohio, is the son of Steve and Terri Bateson. He is a graduate of bowling Green High School and studies sports management at Ohio University.
Christopher Beaver From Columbus, Ohio, is a graduate of the Buckeye Valley High School and the Delaware Area Career Center. He is currently visiting Ohio State University with a focus on chemical engineering.
Hannah Dingledine From Mechanicsburg, Ohio, is the daughter of Randy and Amy Dingledine. She is a graduate of the Mechanicsburg High School and is currently studying in the biosciences with a pre-veterinary concentration at Wright State University.
Adam and Ryan King From Troy, Ohio, are the sons of Zachary and Connie King and graduates of the Troy High School. Adam plans to visit Ohio State University in autumn and study in business, and Ryan is currently studying Animal Science on the state of Ohio.
Mason Konky By Bowling Green, Ohio, the bowling Green High School is a graduate. Patrick and Wesley Konky plans to study biochemistry and biomedical engineering at an animal -1 university as a novel student and later pursue a doctoral student in research or as a medical specialist.
Dakota Manson From Troy, Ohio, is the son of Jason and Abby Manson. As a graduate of the Troy High School, he plans to attend Asland University in autumn and to study in business.
Samantha Mayhugh From Circleville, Ohio, is a graduate of the Logan Elm High School. The daughter of Sean and Regina Mayhugh is currently studying agricultural businesses and applied economy at Ohio State University.
William McLead From Delaware, Ohio, is the son of Joseph and Patty McLead. As a graduate of the Rutherford B. Hayes High School, he plans to put the University of Cincinnati and into operation in autumn.
Alexa Nisise From Lebanon, Ohio, the Lebanon High School is a graduate. Jeff and Stacey Nisonger's daughter plans to visit Otterbein University in autumn to study allied health.
Kyra Suleski By Mount Laurel, Up-to-date Jersey, is the daughter of Ted and Sherri Sulksi. She is a graduate of the Lenape High School and visits the University of Tampa and studied international business.
Lexi Twaddle From Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, is a graduate of the Canon McMillan High School. She is currently pursuing a degree in biology at Walsh University.
Camryn Welch From Zanesville, Ohio, is the daughter of Ron and Erin Welch. She is a graduate of the West Muskingum High School and is currently studying psychology at the University of Virginia.
