National regulatory decisions, April 3rd to 9th

Every week the Tdn publishes a summary of the relevant HISA law (Integrity and Safety Act) for horse tension from all over the country.

The following decisions were reported on the “decision portal” of HISA and the Horseracing integrity and social unit (Hiwu) “outstanding” and “solved” cases portals.

Fixed ADMC violations

Date: 04/08/2025

Licensee: Cathal Lynch, trainer

Penalty: 7-time time of inadmissibility for the covered person, starting on April 9, 2025; Disqualification of the racial results of the covered horse, including the expiry of all wallets and other compensation, prices, trophies, points and ranking lists as well as repayments or handover (applies); a fine of $ 1,000; Removal of 1.5 penalty points. Permit.

Explanation: Medicine injury to the presence of dance – a controlled substance (class C) – in a sample from Saxton, which won on February 14, 200 in Laurel Park.

Explanation: Medicine infringement against the presence of Acepromazin – a controlled substance (class B) – in a sample from Carentan, which won on January 19, 200th in the Gulfstream Park.

Penalty: A fine of $ 500; Removal of 1.5 penalty points. Final decision by Hiwu.

Explanation: Vets' List Medicine Increasing Against the Presence of Phenylbutazon – a controlled substance (class C) – in a sample that was taken on February 24, 200, by ele Leguas.

04/09/2025, Scooter Davis, coach: Outstanding violations of the medication against the presence of dexamethasone – a controlled substance (class C) – in a sample that was taken from the unspecified star, which won on March 15, 200, in Tampa Bay.

04/08/2025, Victor Barboza, trainer: A pending violation of the medication for the employ or attempted employ of a class -c -controlled medication on the Gayles evening during the race time, an event from 02.03.25.

04/08/2025, Antonio Meraz, trainer: In a rehearsal that won in Mahoning Valley on February 12, 200, a violation of the medication against the presence of cobalt salts – a forbidden substance – was sample.

04/07/2025, Greg Green, trainer: Outstanding proclaimed medations Provision for the presence of Acepromazin and Xylazine – Both controlled substances (class B) – in a sample that was taken from Ogailala on March 7, 200.25.

04/07/2025, Aldana Spieth, trainer: Outstanding violations of the medication against the presence of Acepromazin – a controlled substance (class B) – in a sample that was taken deep out of the breath and won on 2/1/25 in Tampa Bay.

04/04/2025, Mark Simms, trainer: Outstanding Verts medication – violation against the presence of ACEPROMAZIN – a controlled substance (class B) – in a sample with complete awards on 04.03.25.

04/04/2025, Sherry Janice Armstrong, trainer: Outstanding violations of the medication for the employ or attempted employ of a class -c -controlled medication on the truckin during the race time, an event from 13.02.25.

04/04/2025, Ben Colebrook, trainer: Outstanding violations of the medication against the presence of ibuprofen – a controlled substance (class C) – in a sample that was removed from the Interlock Empire and took second place in Oaklawn Park on January 24, 200.
