Classy Trotter London with a brick stone (Battors Delight) has recently continued his good shape when he fought heavily on Saturday evening in Menangle Park in Menangle Park. A month ago, London had gained a similar race in Menangle to a brick, which indicates a sedate return to the race in Top Company.
In a high quality race, London was a brick with a challenging opposition by Victorian Harry Stamper, a former winner of the Up-to-date South Wales Trotter Derby.
However, the Punters opted for London for a brick and he started the favorite via Harry Stamper and the in the form of Hannover da Moon.
London for a brick on May 3rd
Hannover da Moon found the early lead, but not long after Anthony Butt had gone around the field with Harry Stamper to finally take running. London to a brick was patiently driven by James Rattray. At the top of the back directly in London to a brick, three went around the field to move next to the leader and gave the way to Constantinople.
