'Herbie' to resume the international trip

James Herbertson, the newborn Victorian Rückmann, will start his international trip again next week after returning home to say goodbye to his close friend, mentor and idol Greg Greg Sugars.

Herbertson and his partner, the driver Ewa Justice, will fly from Australia after they have taken part in Sugars next Monday, May 12th on Monday, May 12th, May 12th.

The 25-year-old returned from the United States last week after receiving the devastating news that the sugar had suddenly died during sleep at the age of 40.

The two were close friends, and sugar was more than just a racing idol for Herbertson.

“When I say that Greg was like another parent for me, I mean it. He brought me under his wings and made me a driver I am today,” said Herbertson at the time.

“He was one of the best as a driver, trainer and human being.”

Herbertson will return to the Ron Burke Stall in Fresh Jersey for a week before he travels to Sweden to spend time in the stables of the top coach Jörgen Westholm before he is elite in front of the prestigious.

This time he will travel with justice that will accompany him throughout the trip.

“I really wanted her to me this time,” said Herbertson.

“I told her about the places and experiences I had made, and we only had the feeling that there was no reason why she couldn't come and experience it for herself.

“I think the past few weeks have given us all a different perspective. And stables are always ecstatic to have a lot of hands.”

After his time in Sweden, the couple will bring a miniature break together in Europe before returning to racing obligations.

At the end of the last month, Herbertson made headlines with his first victory at the legendary Meadowlands in Fresh Jersey, whereby on April 25th in the last race he led the victory to victory on Friday and tacitly set up swing with the Burke Stall in his working holidays.

But the celebration turned to heartache the next day when Jess called Tubbs to tell him about the death of her husband Greg.

Herbertson drove in the Vale Greg Sugars Free for everyone in Melton on Saturday evening and has driven three winners and five records for Tubbs since he returned home.

The memorial service on Monday begins at 12:00 p.m. in the Melton Entertainment Park and is included by Jess Tubbs, Kylie Sugars, Gavin Smith and Herbertson tribute.

For those who cannot participate in person, the service is blasted live via thetrots.com.au. A wake will follow in the Legends Room at the same venue.

The Sugar family asked to make tribute instead of flowers by joining the livestream and honored Greg's memory by exchanging stories and reflections with friends and colleagues.
