Milton, May 6th, 2025 -Woodbine will profil a horse in the entire Mohawk Park cable tree racing season that had a life-changing influence on one of its closest connections.

Auciello, based in Stouffville, Ontario, owns and operates Auciello stables with his father and rider of almost 40 years, Rocco Auciello. In the course of his 23-year training career, Carmen has trained his charges for over 2,100 victories and $ 35 million prize money.

“I started full -time in 2002,” said Carmen. “My father got to work in the behind schedule 80s, early 90s. I worked for him in 2002 and I still do with him every day. He will be 78 years aged this year and still works strenuous to this year.”

The second generation Conditioner crossed paths with the Bugger Bruiser for the first time in summer 2013.

What were your first impressions of Mistger Bruiser?

“When we bought him for the first time, he had already shown a decent speed when he was two years aged: 52. He was a smaller horse, but you could say that he was very quick. I was already a fan of his father, bruiser, so we made a shot on him.

When did you notice that Barmger Bruiser was something special?

“The first time I trained him. We only got him about four days before his first race, and I didn't want to train him too quickly from a mile. I wanted to make him settle a bit, but on the day before his race I took it out and I just wanted to take a nice, half mile and went about: 58 in a jog cart in My Track.

“I thought: 'Holy cow, this horse is quick.' No other two -year -old did that on my farm.

What do you remember his most impressive victory?

“He was needed about three times in this race and still kept three horses that came on. He only won with one neck, and the third horse was only half length back. I still have a gigantic, framed picture in my office, and every time I look at it, I think:” Oh, man, I can't win this race. “

“I remember when my family and a few of us in the dining room in the dining room were only a month old-and we were not quite sure that he won the race from above, but we went to the winning circle, only in the event that I remember how he went down the stairs. It was only a lot of fun.”

Three words to describe him?

“Slim. Intelligent. Quick.”

How did he change your life?

“For me, he somehow brought me to the card. My father and I have been working together for 35 years, but at that time we were still a smaller stable to grow and expand. I think that has started a few more options for me from other owners and external investors just to see what we did with him and won a superfinals.
