First victory on the cards for Catkins' daughter (Newcastle Wednesday)

The Newcastle Jockey Club will hold the first of two meetings in four days on Wednesday, with an attractive eight-race program that is well supported by the leading coaches of the state.

Chris Waller sends Newcastle a Blueblood Gray Stutfut, Mignonette ($ 2.60 of the same favorite) to contest the 1250 m year olds of Davali @ htba sale maiden plate.

The Stutschüscher attach the course colors of the Ingham family and she is a daughter of the boom sire zoustar and the 16-fold winner of Catkins, who are successful in a number of group races.

Mignonettes only start was on December 1st in a 1300 maiden in Newcastle on a supple track.

Mignonette has second last 300 m from home and did her best work to end the fourth 1.82 length of the winner.

After a four -month break, the stut foal has recently had two attempts, and James McDonald drove it on April 14 at the speed in the last in Randwick.

Mignonette was narrowly beaten under little pressure and Jason Collett has the Barrier 4 holder on Wednesday.

With six of his team with the very swift Hawker Hall (1.33 US dollars), Kris Lees accepted the best chance in the 900 -M -PS -SPE -FEEDS & Supplements Maiden Handicap.

The 3 -year -old Russian Revolution Wallach is driven by a group to which the Vinery Stud -Supermo Peter Orton and Rupert Legh belong, and is another good mountain for Jason Collett.

The only launch of the gelding was on October 24th in a 1100 -M -Hawkesbury cub and after retreating in 1.90 US dollars, it quickly led, but was poorly subsequently and took third place.

Hawker Hall was sent to a spell and he screwed two most recent attempts at Muswellbrook and Newcastle and won an 820 m test version in Newcastle with more than five lengths on a challenging route on April 2.

It is a high-quality Maiden race with Zoucat ($ 4.40) with Ciaron Maher Zoustar-Snitty Kitty Stutfut, which after an impressive, supple Kembla test version on April 7th.

Lees' consistent 3yo Tasoraay (4.20 USD FAV) has a good first chance in the 1250 m register card app class 1 handicap.

Tasoraay was placed in the last preparation of Metropolitan in Sydney and Brisbane in Brisbane. Tasoraay broke through a week before Christmas for his first win on the Beaumont route and has not driven since then.

The coach's former apprentice Dylan Gibbons recently drove in a Newcastle attempt with the gelding and he ended well. Gibbons has the mount on Wednesday.

El Paso (2.30 US dollar FAV), a placed favorite on this track last on April 1, returns to contest the 1850 -m technology -maiden plate of 1850 m.

It was his first run on a ponderous route and he was hit three lengths after he was held up in the straight. Gibbons has his first ride on the Dundel Youngster.

The Newcastle Jockey Club will be released on Saturday (April 26).
