Due to a number of somewhat youngest disappointing efforts, Bellezza Nera was in competition with friends. The Pirie Cup winner Springfield Affair was sent out as a favorite and there was good support for Lord Zarias and Aintsobad.

In an enraged early struggle for the leading veteran assistant, Lord Zarias gave up the lead, who allowed the Springfield affair to take running. Aintsobad was caught at the race in the race in the race in the race, while he was able to remove the draw from the One and One Back Trail from her second row from her second row.

Danielle Hill on Bellezza Nera allowed the black gelding to leave behind on the back of the field.

For the last time, Gaita Pullicino on Springfield Affair tried to steal the race of 28.9 seconds in the third quarter. And it looked like Springfield Affair had this vital break. But wide, delightful was Tammy demanding and Bellezza Nera, although he was four wide wings to achieve almost 2 meters as soon as he was done. The delightful Tammy was third behind Springfield affair.

Bellezza Nera is trained by David Harding, who took over the preparation of the gelding in February this year when he arrived from Dylan Egerton Green's Serpentine stables.

He won a race in Port Pirie, but drove in the youngest South Australian Cup series without much luck and ended in his last efforts 7TH To Springfield Affair after a demanding run outside the leader. Obviously the driving tactic, in which it was driven from behind, paid dividends and he had his prize in a gigantic race.

The generous prize money of the race was made possible by the sponsorship of Kevin and Kay Seymour and the South Australian Hardess Racing Club.

Lately the prize money of the South Australian Prize has increased and can only benefit the participants of the sport. And the caliber of the field in the Adelaide Cup has proven that good horses are set for races if there is an incentive that the sponsors of the last night shows.
