The upper city of Scone, known as “Horse Capital of Australia”, will be in the racing airy this week because it organizes the final independent meeting of the season.
Scone Race ClubThe two-day Darley Scone Cup Carnival on Friday and Saturday offers some fantastic racing and high-quality hospitality.
And the carnival massively captivates the local economy and the enormous thoroughbred racing industry in the region.

“In our Friday meeting is the Darley Scone Cup, a vast dance race, the Inglis 2yo Challenge and the Vinery Country Cup,” said Jason Hill, CEO from SRC.
“Then we will carry out an independent meeting of Arrowfield Gloomy Jewel Classic, the Joy Stakes Stakes from Coolmore, the Emirates Park Ortensia Stakes, the Yarraman Park of Woodlands Stakes and the Scone Equine Hospital Luspital Luskin Star Stakes on Saturday.
“It is the only metropolitan status meeting in Country Novel South Wales, where you drive at least $ 120,000 per race.
“In total, we have almost 2.5 million US dollars for Prizemoney for two days and it is a real privilege for us to organize these two race cards.
“We will have child entertainment, including make -up while trying to open Saturday for a up-to-date market with families.
“There will be many food sellers on site and enough tables and chairs for thousands of guests, but if the guests want to build their own picnic with elementary tables and chairs that are okay. Many work has come to the carnival, and we have a lot of support from suppliers and partners.
“We will have special musical guests, including Jimbo Stokes who will appear for the public on Saturday.”
Next Sunday is the race at Park And SaphkirküsteAnd this year marked a decade for the Parkes Services Club as the main sponsor of the Parkes Cup.
“They were enormous sponsors and we were lucky enough to keep their support continuously,” said Alex Prout, President of the Jockey Club Park.
“On that day we will have community market stalls, free inflatable children's activities and facial painting, inflatable boats from party planets and a gentle game as well as a six-hole mini golf as well as live music by the popular duo Robbi & Ben.
“And there are catering and food vans, a bar and bookmaker, also available with private brands.”
All online tickets bought before Thursday have the option of receiving a free courtesy bus that is picked up by the buyer's home address.
Feature events are the 40,000 US dollar Parkes Services Club Parkes Cup (1600 m) and the 50,000 US dollar Super Maiden Showcase Plate (1400 m).
The Sapphire Coast Turf Club will open its Monaro Raceday on Sunday with free bus connections and from the route on which the Gates are opened at 11:45 a.m.
Feature is the 27,000 US dollar Monaro Cup (1600 m) with the day of Mark Williams & Robin Gauld, Gemitible Country Club, Jack Atkinson Surveying, Cooma Race Club, Diggers Bobcat Hire, Cooma Cricket Club and the delegated crew.
