Wiring harness racing driver dies after the accident; Racing community mourns the loss

The Gurtracing community mourns the loss of a 27-year-old driver who died on the Meadows in Washington after a racing accident.

Hunter Myers, a 27-year-old father, took part in a dish racing in the casino on Wednesday evening.

The Association of Horsemen in Ohio Hardess has expanded your thoughts and prayers to the western Pennsylvania and Ohio -Gurt -Racing communities after the death of Myers.

“Hunter was a adolescent star and was taken too early. The Ohha sends Hunter's finance Chloe, her son Hayden and Hunter's family and friends prayers and condolences,” said the organization in a statement.

The Havess Racing Museum & Hall of Fame also published an explanation: “We expand the family and friends of Hunter Myers our condolences and send our thoughts and prayers to the entire Western Pennsylvania and Ohio Gabeless Racing communities while they navigate this tragic loss.”

The Meadows Standardbred Owners Association has canceled the race on the Meadows for the rest of the week out of respect for Myers and his family.
