Ben Hope combines this evening with midnight dash

Midnight throatMuscle Hill) gets his luck in Addington this evening.

But strangely, this happiness is charm, the racing driver Ben Hope, not only the driver who won him the most, but has often hit him.

Midnight Dash stands in the Feature Trot, the 21,000 dollar -Norwood Farm Machinery Trot (7.09 a.m.), especially after scratching his last start.

Midnight Dash was driven to second place at Ricky May, who is his usual pilot, because Hope, whose parents Greg and Nina train the eight -year -old, usually drives the stable superstar Muscle Mountain.

Midnight Dash hunted the Muscle Mountain of Home Muscle Mountain on both islands, but Ben also has a great record in the stable Open Class Second Stringer.

“He won 13 races and I think I drove him in 12,” says Hope.

“I actually think that Craig Thornley could be the only other driver who wins him because Ricky drove him in most cases in these really gigantic races, which is obviously not effortless to win.”

Midnight Dash recovered well and consistently from a potentially career -threatening state over a year ago.

“This is a good race to come back to him,” says Hope.

“He races very well and it looks an ideal race for him, with mystical Max probably the greatest danger.”

Hope says that stable Star Muscle Mountain could run again next week or go directly to the Fred Shaw NZ -Trabchampions on March 14th.

The stable has two last start-up strengths in race 7 tonight, with both Torvi and Mavis Jones last impressive.

“Torvi hadn't been lucky, but things turned over the last two.

“She is actually in the foal, so he is a joyful mare, but I think she could be a little better in the grass than with Addington.

“For this reason, I think Mavis Jones is our better hope of both of them. She won really well last week. “

Today's Tempo feature seems to give Vessem (R6, No. 3) the ideal opportunity to return to the circle of the winner.

The NZ-Derby-second place in December was joyful, but in its only start since the classic, it has had a starting position in a miniature field this evening in its only start since the classic.

So if he behaves, he should get a tactical advantage over the other Pacers in the race, Franco Marek (10 m) and a change (20 m).

One of the other highlights of the night promises a race 4 that occurs many promising intermediate strips such as Betterhancash, Bazooka and midnight -Miki against the Mobile 1980 MS.
